Movement Guest: Jean Giblette The director of High Falls Gardens in Philmont, New York, Jean Giblette is also a long-time student of the famous Chinese herbalist Jeffrey Yuen. She describes the historical background of the way modern science conceptualizes itself and its function and explains how that differs from other philosophies of man and nature, both in the Orient and in the West prior to 150 years ago.
